Privacy Policy — Piñata Blast: Cannonball Smash

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how the mobile game Piñata Blast: Cannonball Smash (package com.sundaypaperpuzzles.pinatablast; "the app", "we", "us") handles information. The short version: the app has no accounts, and we do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, upgrades, album, streak) is saved only on your device. The third-party services below may collect some device and usage data, as described here.

1. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads using Google AdMob: interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), the Android advertising ID and app set ID, interactions with ads and the app (such as app launches, taps and video views), and diagnostic information (such as app launch time and performance). This data is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent message (User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the app's settings ("Privacy options"). Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

2. Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played, for example which levels are hard, and to improve it. It may collect an app-instance ID, the advertising ID, coarse location derived from a masked IP address, app lifecycle events (sessions, screen views), gameplay events we define (such as level start and finish), and in-app purchase events (product ID and price). If we add Firebase Crashlytics, it collects crash stack traces and device information when the app crashes. We do not send your name or other directly identifying information to these services. [If GameAnalytics is used instead of, or as well as, Firebase, describe it here and link to its privacy policy.]

3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The app offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase, which removes interstitial ads (optional rewarded ads stay available). It is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google Play tells us only whether the purchase succeeded, so the app can unlock it. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

4. Notifications

If you opt in, the app schedules one daily reminder as a local notification on your device. It does not use a server or push token, and no data is sent to us. You can turn it off in the app or in Android settings at any time.

5. Features with no personal data

The weekly league uses computer-controlled AI rivals, not real people. There is no chat, no friends list and no user-generated content. Daily Spin, the login streak and offline coins all run on your device.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers named above (Google AdMob, Google Firebase / Google Play), which process it under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy.

7. Children

Piñata Blast: Cannonball Smash is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and data has been collected, contact us and we will help delete it.

8. Data retention and deletion

Game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. Analytics data is kept for the retention period we set in Google Analytics (at most 14 months). To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, or for any privacy question, email ayushmansingh979@gmail.com with the subject "Piñata Blast data deletion". We will respond within 30 days. You can also reset your advertising ID in device settings.

9. Security

Data collected by the SDKs above is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or the GDPR in the EEA/UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to use these rights.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.
